The production (except packaging) and sub-packaging of contact lens care products should be carried out in purification workshops with an air cleanliness level of 100,000 or above.
Class 100,000 cleanliness purification workshop: the indoor environment during the production process should meet the following requirements: temperature 18°C-28°C, relative humidity 45%-65%, air inlet wind speed ≥0.25 m/s, indoor and outdoor pressure difference >4.9 Pa, the number of >0.5um dust particles in the air is ≤3,500,000/cubic meter, the number of >5um dust particles is ≤20,000/cubic meter, the total number of bacterial colonies in the air is ≤500cfu/cubic meter, and the total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of objects is <10cfu/dish.
