Product Introduction
As we all already know, clean room is vital thing for cleanliness control of an environment, but it sometimes has to open to outside for things to pass through, as when it do so, what prevents it from contamination from outside? Or minimize the pollution?
The way to do it is through a pass box.
Dynamic Pass Box
A dynamic pass box is fitted between classified and non-classified areas. Material is passed through vertically HEPA filtered air.Besides UV light and an interlock system, dynamic pass box is equipped with a suction HEPA filter of around 0.3 microns. The dynamic pass box also has a differential pressure gauge ranging from 0 to 250 pa. lt is also equipped with a motor blower for blowing out dust particles.

Static Pass Box
Static pass box on the other hand is fitted only between two clean room areas and has no air supply or extract. It is also known as passive pass box and equipped with UV light.
Mechanical interlock static pass box
The interlock is in mechanics form. then one door is opened the other door cannot be opened. 0ne door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
Electronic interlock static pass box
The electronic interlock use integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, and indicator light.
When one door is opened and the indicator light is on,the indicator light on the other side does not light up, indicating that the door cannot be opened at the same time. When the door is closed, the indicator light on the other side will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened.
+ When the material is put inside pass box and the door is closed, UV light will be turned on within 15 minutes to kill the bacteria,Then the material will be taken ou.
Sterile Laminar Flow Pass Box
In the new version of GMP requirements for pharmaceutical enterprises, there are DOP testing requirements for laminar flow transfer windows and high-efficiency air supply outlets. This will require the use of DOP laminar flow transfer windows and high-efficiency air supply outlets when constructing clean rooms. The main purpose is to prevent leakage of the internal high-efficiency filter and whether the pressure difference meets the requirements, in order to remind users to replace the high-efficiency filter.
